 GKCC
maintains a spreadsheet based line of programs for hydraulic design of
channels and floodways. The River Environment Models (REM) programs
are special interest programs designed for analysis of sediment
transport, riparian vegetation life-cycle modeling, and stable channel
design.
The REM-FLX program is available for downloading from this site.
This program provides a more general solution to flexible channel lining
design and is based on FHWA and ARS stable channel design manuals.
